For more than 25 years, Integrim has been automating document management processes for all kinds of organizations along with workflow automation. We essentially capture, digitize (OCR) and intelligently process the data to be imported by automating processes following business rules for accounts payables, accounts receivables, purchase orders and travel and expenses (T&E).

The now electronic document with structured data is then validated to facilitate accurate decision-making purposes. Finally, Integrim’s unique automation solutions allow clients proper review and approval for the best workflow automation to be implemented.

2017 was a pivotal year for Integrim

Last year as you may know, it was our 25th anniversary. It was a stellar occasion to partake in a number of events the USA, Quebec, Ontario and Western Canada.

Integrim enters the American marketplace

The recent news of our entering and doing business in the United States has been another major milestone in the last year. To that end, Integrim has participated at half a dozen major events on American soil. Since January 2018, we have set up an office near the Boston area.

Amongst the important events which took place in the USA, it is worth mentioning the ACCOUNTEX show in Boston and the APP2P Conferences in Las Vegas and Orlando which are organized by The Institute of Finance and Management (IOFM).

The American market landscape and Accounts payables and Payments processes

Integrim was proud to be present as an exhibitor during both events of Las Vegas and Orlando. The IOFM represents the leading association and community for financial operations professionals in North America. It is during these events that one can really assess the true pulse of the business document automation marketplace in the US.

Integrim’s WOW factor

During the Las Vegas IOFM event, a major leading corporation was ‘’ surprised ‘’ to discover of our unique ‘’ controlled process ‘’ unknown to her before. It is one of our leading-edge differentiators that we are excited to bring as a value-added component for our future American clients.

Our attending these events, it has allowed us to really gauge and assess the marketplace’s pulse which was helpful before setting up an office. In addition, there is an objective to source and identify potential strategic alliances and partners to augment the offerings of SenSaaS solutions for their respective clients.

2017 has been for us, on the one hand a consolidation period for the Canadian market and a new venture for our market entry in the USA by opening our office near Boston thereby ensuring our presence and future growth.

Go Paperless or Business process automation

It was our Anniversary events last April which took place in Quebec, Montreal and Toronto that set the tone for this outstanding year. This highly successful event which was organised in collaboration with our partners Kofax and Opex, was intended to take a moment and extend our appreciation to our faithful clients and future ones.

The central theme was « Go Paperless » or Business process automation. Our aim is clear; be THE business document management system related to paper based or electronic formats which permits our clients to reduce operational costs and increase employee efficiency. Like our tagline says it ‘’ Go Paperless and increase growth’’
